歐盟和加拿大經過四年談判， 即將簽署自由貿易協定。

加拿大總理「哈珀」正在歐盟總部訪問，今天他和歐盟執委會主席「巴洛索」，就簽署自由貿易協定進行最後磋商。

歐盟是加拿大第二大貿易夥伴，雙方貿易規模僅次於美國。歐盟和加拿大簽署自由貿易協定後，將大大促進雙方經貿往來，減少加拿大對美國市場的依賴。
