監察院審計部29日公布「101年度中央政府總決算審核報告」，民國100至101年度，官兵毒品尿液篩檢，呈陽性反應竟多達232人次。

監察院審計部29日公布「101年度中央政府總決算審核報告」，國軍官兵違法違紀案件，酒駕與吸毒情況日益嚴重，自民國99至101年度因酒駕違規，多達520人次；民國100至101年度，官兵毒品尿液篩檢，呈陽性反應竟多達232人次。
據國防部的資料，101年度國軍違法、違紀與違規人數高達2萬3096人次，將官有64人次、軍官1萬1000人次、士官8779人次、士兵3253人次，四者合計佔全國21萬官兵人數的11%。
99至101年度因酒駕違規達520人次，依序為陸軍221人次、海軍98人次、空軍87人次；志願役399人次，以志願役士官占217人、軍官也有61人。
100至101年度，官兵毒品尿液篩檢，呈陽性反應竟多達232人次，陸軍85人次、海軍68人次、空軍31人次；吸用毒品，包括愷他命、安非他命、嗎啡、可待因與鴉片。
