何種鹼性水濾水器較適合使用?

市面上淋郎滿目的濾水器...不知何種較適合使用....而所說的鹼性水...到底選擇PH直多少較適合人體.....有人說PH7.4弱鹼....又有說PH8.5---9.0亦可..人體會酸鹼中和....真的是霧煞煞...請各位大大給個意見....又國際牌的OK 嗎
