政府管太多　台灣運彩不敵地下投注

【綜合報導】台灣博弈市場究竟多大，官方沒有正式調查報告。王建民在洋基巔峰時期，每當他先發，地下投注金額單日超過百億。這麼驚人的大餅，台灣運彩公司看得到吃不到，原因就是政府管太多。

台灣運彩發行目的，一來打擊猖獗的地下投注市場，二來以其盈餘挹注公益並做為運動發展經費。台北富邦銀自2008年取得發行權，成為台灣唯一合法的運彩發行單位。只是財政部限制在前，北富銀自廢武功在後，搞到合法莊家賠錢，地下組頭卻賺錢，成為國際運動博弈界的笑柄。
