麵疙瘩跟一般麵條吃起來口感有何不同?

有人說麵疙瘩不好吃啦!所以她寧願吃一般麵條也不願吃麵疙瘩但請問各位大大麵疙瘩不是用麵粉做成的嗎?跟一般麵條有何不同?

我從小就很喜歡吃麵疙瘩，他也是麵粉做的，麵粉加水，然後擀麵一樣的形成一大塊泥狀，掰成一小塊一小塊的不規則形狀，放入水裡煮。
湯頭的材料可以任意加，有些像大滷麵。
麵疙瘩要就是吃他的Ｑ勁，很有風味。
