未走斑馬線給機車撞傷....20點

前提!!
機車是闖紅燈嗎?
確定被撞時有走斑馬線??

如果是闖紅燈那就是機車的錯
人行走在斑馬線上自然有法規來保護行人
但是警察說雙方有錯
(我自己覺得是不想惹事，以我之前車禍的經驗)
如果你有保險
可以打你保險卡上的電話去詢問保險公司哦
