大塊文化出版董事長、國策顧問郝明義今天下午出席立法院服務貿易協議公聽會，他發言時宣布，今天兩點三十三分已經發函給總統府，辭去總統府國策顧問一職。

郝明義說說，他已發給馬總統一份辭去國策顧問的公開信，信中指出，總統不能罔顧國家安全、破壞民主秩序、錯亂政府體制，並批評馬英九總統現在不傾聽異議，反而狹總統之尊在媒體上批評個別異議學者，這樣讓人聯想到兩種可能，「不是獨裁，就是愚不可及」。
