總統核定　27人晉升將軍

【王烱華／台北報導】國防部今表示，國軍2014年1月1日將級人員定期晉任，業奉總統馬英九核定：國防部晉任中將6員、晉任少將18員，國安局晉任中將1員、晉任少將1員，海巡署晉任少將1員，合計晉任中、少將人員27員，於2014年1月1日生效。

國防部指出，此次晉任人員分屬國防部、國安局、海巡署等3個單位，晉任中將人員計陳文凡、陳曉明、蕭維民、霍立青、柏鴻輝、胡開宏、郭自勇等7員。晉任少將人員計趙代川、李宏滿、文天佑、陳建同、呂坤修、于北辰、程詣証、劉豐荃、洪金順、文上賢、夏光亞、周燕龍、敖以智、袁念熹、王瑞麟、許朝銘、曹進平、劉峯瑜、張元斌、許靜芝等20員，合計27員。

國防部進一步表示，晉任授階典禮訂定於12月26日上午9時舉行，由國防部長嚴明主持，並請馬英九總統親臨訓勉，鼓舞軍心。
