中國房市調控辣招失效　6月銷售增幅今年最大

【實習記者陳雪蕾／綜合外電報導】中國政府3月啟動、推出逾百日的調控房市「辣招」失效，6月住宅銷售額較5月激增24%，創今年來單月最大增幅。
 
中國國家統計局數據昨公布，今年1~6月住宅銷售額達2.82兆元人民幣，較2012年同激增漲46%，彭博據以估算6月單月銷售額高達6243億元人民幣，幾乎是今年1、2月的總和。
 
不過，地產市場分析師認為，在中國經濟放緩和中國人民銀行（人行）緊縮銀根下，中國房市下半年銷售有可能降溫，未必能持續大幅成長。
