【短片】挺不廢禁閉室？洪父：沒人性當然要廢

【記者林世雄／台中報導】國防部原本計畫廢除禁閉室，但國防部軍事發言人羅紹和昨指出，由於洪仲丘父親也建議保留，所以國防部決定不廢。對此，洪父今天嚴正否認，強調洪仲丘遭遇這樣的不幸，他當然主張廢除現行的禁閉制度！

洪父說，他的原意是指如果國防部要維持禁閉制度，那就得把目前極不人道的悔過制度好好改善；他說，人都會犯錯，所以，一套完備的悔過制度是必要的，但絕對不是軍方目前這套毫無人性的版本！

洪父今天嚴正否認，強調洪仲丘遭遇這樣的不幸，他當然主張廢除現行的禁閉制度。
