老闆要求塑膠產品白色表面不能有黑點

廠商希望我們提出標準

例如1平方公分裡面1個黑點允收兩個批退

黑點尺寸不得大於直徑多少...

請問先進們

品管的標準應該是怎樣比較符合一般市場原則呢
