智庫：北韓2個月內重啟反應爐

（法新社華盛頓3日電） 美韓研究所今天表示，北韓可能在1至2個月內就能重啟生產鈽的反應爐。此舉恐加速平壤政權的核子武器研發計畫。

美國約翰霍普金斯大學美韓研究所（US-KoreaInstitute）分析衛星影像表示，北韓寧邊核設施已取得「顯著進展」，包含5百萬瓦特的氣冷石墨反應爐。

美韓研究所部落格38 North寫道：「距離北韓重啟5百萬瓦特的反應爐，可能只剩1至2個月，但目前不清楚他們是否取得啟動反應爐的新燃料棒。」

38 North寫道：「一旦反應爐重啟運作，寧邊核設施便能生產能用來製造核武的鈽，且每年產量約為6公斤。」

不過，部落格也說，若缺乏燃料棒將阻礙北韓的計畫。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
